Rates And Availability

Rates:

Rates are based a maximum 8 people (2 guests per bedroom). Additional charges will apply for extra guests. Rates are quoted in US dollar per night. All rates exclude 10% service charge and 13% government tax.

Extended Stay options and discounts are available upon request.

Reservation Policy:

A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is due within 7 days of the reservation. The balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. For the Festive Season, full payment is due by September 1st and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancelations must be made through formal request via email, sandcastlepointe@gmail.com. The following fees apply:

Over 90 days: Full Refund

Within 60-90 days: 50% of the gross rental

Within 30-60 days: 25% of the gross rental

Less than 30 days: No Refund
